My name was removed illegally by a Bank Asst. VP, who altered some documents but not all regarding the entire mortgage.

You really need to contact and attorney and work with him
If this is soemthign to do with the bank, they have good attorneys, so you cannot just fight them
Also good idea to discuss this with the loacal news papers and TV channels. That will get the attention of bank

every bank has a supervisory agency. if this is a state-chartered bank, you can contact the banking department of your state directly with complaints. if it is a federally chartered bank, then you'll need to contact the federal agency that oversees the bank. you can determine this by simply calling the bank and asking them.
banks have bad attorneys too, but that shouldn't stop you from hiring your own if you feel it appropriate. i think i'd avoid the news media at this point, unless you've exhausted all other avenues of redress. but that's just me.
