my mother and step father and I owned my mini home my parents are in the process of divorce. I am currently a homemaker and my husband has bad credit could i still sell my home and buy a new one with out my step father being on the mortage???

Selling a property will not be a problem for you. But if you want to take a mortgage in order to buy a new home, then there can be problems in it. The lender will check your credit history and income. If those are not good, then keeping in mind the market situation, you will not be able to get a mortgage.
