I was in forclosure. my house was sold nbut I had moved out before the hoem sold on Jan 11th..# months later I recevec court documents, that there was a motion to vacate the foreclosure sale.It was granted..I was told i was still the owner. It is not my secone home. Well now I am making plans to move back in. What does a mortagge charge mean to me. Will my wages be garnished. I plan on making regular payments once I move in. I reside in FL. Or should I just let it go..
Charge off means the lender wrote off any unpaid balance.
You wont get any problem because that is a finished sale.
