we are less tha 3 months behind on our pay ments we put the house up for sale not through a realtor the home is located in ky we no longer reside there we still have insurance and utilitie on at the residence

as far as i know, the borrower will be required to pay documentary stamps tax at the rate of $.70 per $100.00 on the outstanding balance of the mortgage. apart from this, the borrower will also have to pay the recording charges, the lender's transaction and attorney's fees. the costs will be due and payable at the transfer of the deed in lieu of foreclosure.
