how can I file a lien on a ex tenant's mobile home? I have evicted the tenant, and Vanderbilt is the finance company for the mobile home. Thanks

In order to place a lien on the property of the ex-tenant, you will have to file a case in the court. If the judgment in passed in your favor, then you can place a lien on the property of your ex-tenant.
