forced auction

dad died stranger claimed she was his daughter . took us thru years of court no dna no birthcertificate . judge declared she was lineal descendant . she is added to the property to 1/5 share . now we are 5 co-owners . brother was residing with dad so he stayed and agreed to sell when housing starts to sell . this person who claimed she was family took us to court again demanded 30 thousand or 1 acre (only 3 acres in all) so that was more than 1/5 . Judge orders property sold at auction proceeds to pay for her atty. fees court and then divided . We did not attend the auction I live in another state and sister and brothers couldn't stand to see the property taken like that . The party which forced the sale did not attend but her atty. did . Nobody bid at the auction so her lawyer bid 100.00 and got the entire estate . My brother who has been making payments on the mortgage for past 4 years has gotten 15 day eviction notice . We have no formal notification so far . According to her it all belongs to her and she will rent it out and when she does sell it we get nothing as we lost .
my sisters legal name was always included in doc. for probate . When we learned of this impersonation in court we wrote letters told the lawyers they did nothing . she boldly lied in court plus brought a person who lied as well as others to say this was my sister none of these con artists got so much as a talk about perjury . Kangaroo courts

Hi lucy,

When I went through the previous discussions I found it very surprising how a complete stranger usurped the property you guys were entitled to. It's really very frustrating. But I agree with jenkin. We must move on especially since there's little we can do about it.

Thanks,

Jerry

called my uncle my dads brother he was shocked he is calling my other uncle . I think if my dad was alive he would rather see his brothers own it than her . He made a valid point maybe she has title but if she hasn't paid off the mortgage they will foreclose and that is the auction they will be at . all of my dads brothers and him are world war 2 vets like only 2 brothers out of 7 are alive . all but one survived w.w. 2 the eldest brother missing in action . I feel better knowing that the family is now aware of this and that they will take action if they can .
