my ex husban do not want ot pay me the amount of the house we bought before the marriege and the 9%the judge told him he got to pay me. can i garnish his income???

You cannot simply garnish his income. You will have file a case in the court and get a judgment passed in your favor. Once you get the judgment, then you will be able to garnish his income.
