My home modification is taking long . My home loan is not modified I have applied ten months befor to home loan modification . My 25% pay is going into home mortgage.Why it loan modification is not done yet?

You should contact your lender and check out the status of the loan modification application. It is your lender who will be able to help you in a better manner in this regard.

IF your mortgage is only 25% of your gross monthly income you may not qualify for a loan modification under the government program HAMP. Also you should contact your lender and ask why it maybe taking longer than usual. Depending on your lender's volume for instance bank of america can take up to 7 months to complete once approved to finalize your modification.
