hi
My parents have a mortgage on my apartment - i pay the mortgage every month as rent. With taxes my rent has gone up to 1100 (i am not required to pay this - but I cant expect my parents too either)
I am DESPERATELY trying to do something to lower these payments.
I am on disability and have been for about 5 years and most likely will continue to be (i can work pt). I dont know if there is something my parents can do for the current loan to lower payments based on this - if I can do something.
PLEASE if any one has any help for me - I really need it.

Have you contacted your current lender to see if there are any options?
