i am a pr person working for a new website to help people avoid foreclosure. i am writing some articles for the website and would like to talk to some people willing to share their stories about losing their home to foreclosure (people currently in the process) or people trying to save their home through loan modification or loss mitigation. i will be handling your stories very sensitively and the goal is to help others.

hi jennifer - color me suspicious when i see a post such as yours. i generally will investigate, and pray you're not alarmed. there are so many scammers and ne'er-do-wells out there that it takes a great deal of scrutiny to ensure that the legitimate are truly that.
at any rate, i went to your site, and i have to say that i'm impressed. if nothing else you do should work, you've created a web presence that is nice, neat and concise; well-written and thought out.
as a loan officer, i don't know where i might fit in with your plans, but i'd be happy to assist you in your venture if it seems appropriate. i've got scads of experience in lending and i'm alarmed at the lack of valid information for homeowners in a crisis situation.
