i am already working with the loss mitigation department. i sent in my first payment last month, but i don't remember which address i sent my payment to! can you help me asap?

do you have any correspondence? I take it you mean the Loss Mitigation department of your lender, not some business called the Loss Mitigation Department? sounds stupid I know, but it could explain a few things.
You don't know how to contact your lender? do you know their name?
