we have a mobile home that the finance co did not reaffirm in bankruptcy . now a dealer bought it from them and is trying to sale it without moving it. it is on private land. we rent the land. we have another trailer ready to move on the spot. they seam to be dragging there feet on moving it . they keep saying it will be 2 or 3 more weeks. is this legal? what can we do?please help. we live in Ohio are there any laws to help us?

You can request them to move the property asap so that you can get rid of it. But it will depend upon the dealer as to when he will move the property.

thanks for your reply I have ask him to move it several times. He keeps coming up excuses. I am a disabled vet and my wife is also disabled. we are living in the other trailer. It is temporarily hooked up. its starting to get cool at night, do we have right or to help we are in Ohio
