mobil home was repossed in 1995,got behind on payments due to daughter
seriously hurt in auto accident,my dad gave me the money to catch up on
payments, but GREEN TREE refused money! the situation was handled at
a court house,I had a lawyer to help me,had filed for bankrupt! now 14 yrs
later a collection agency is harrassing me wanting over $15 thousand !!
I have a very high credit score and this is not on my credit report.
Am I still responsible for this,I tried my best to pay the money and keep the mobil home, but the lawyer for Green Tree said NO WE WANT TO GET
the mobil home. Is there a statue of limitations for this .[/justify]
hi wawas,

i guess you have included the mobile home while filing bankruptcy and you must have the documents stating that your bankruptcy was discharged. you can show these documents to the lawyer of green tree. if they are still not listening to you, you can then consult an attorney and let him handle the matter for you.

thanks
