Not sure but I DON'T recomment Choice Loan Consulting - I paid them $3,500 nearly a year ago and nothing as of 9/10/2009, they garunteed relief or my money back - I was told average was 4 months - I requested a refund over 2 months ago but they don't return my calls now. I understand one of the Managing Partners at Choice Loan of Chandler AZ is Jeff Harper - he was convicted of several felony counts and fraud on 8/20/2009 - convicted of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from clients and also fined $50,000 by the Arizona Corporate Commission. Something to consider before working with this company - not sure if your experience is different than mine with this company but I generally don't recommend dealing with convicted felons and white collar criminals if you're looking for a result you would be happy with. I wish I knew this before they took my money. Cut and paste link below:

hi fly,

not all lenders will help you with a loan modification for commercial properties. you will have to check it out whether or not your lender does a loan modification on commercial properties. you can go for a refinance if you have equity in the property and if you are current on your payments. however, with a credit score of 525, it would be difficult for you to get a refinance. conventional loans are available at a credit score of 720-740.

thanks

I was referred to Choice Loan Consulting by Todd Schwarts of First Class Funding in Scottsdale, AZ - gave them my $3,500 and have had nothing but frustration and excuses from both companies for over 6 months - I understand now First Class Funding is paid a commission for refering clients to Choice. I've asked for my money back for 2 months now and am lucky to even get a call returned.

If you have paid money to Choice Loan Consulting and have not received what you were promised file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office - they will follow up on your complaint and Choice Loan will have to respond, it is not optional. If enough complaints are recieved the AG's office will initiate a criminal investigation. Since this guy is on probabtion and currently owes hundreds of thousands in restitution to victims already it is the best way to get your money back and hold these people accountable and perhaps even jail time. Cut paste links below to file your complaint:

File a consumer fraud complaint here with us:

It also cannot hurt to get on file with the FTC

sunnyca2009 - Appologize for hijacking the thread, the title caught my attention. I hate to see people taken advantage of when they need and are looking for help and the people that scam them get away with it. If there is a more approriate are to post to help educate those with this problem so others are not taken let me know.

I have been trying since 2007 to get something done with this guy and he has not done SH_T for me. Choice Loan or Jeff never call back. I have ask for my money back a few months ago and he has said that he doesn't have the money right now. I am getting pissed and have already gotten ahold of the Atty General's office. I'm thinking of going to their office and talking to anyone in person or waiting til that Jeff Harper comes in the office.

I just had the same thing done to me. Paid the $3500 and after being drug along for 7 months, suddenly the company seems to have gone out of business. The phone number comes up as out of service when you call it. I want my $3500 back.
