Are their anyone who does a loan modification on a manufacture homes???. If not I need to find someone who I can refi with
ej, the lender with whom you have your mortgage currently is the lender with whom you'd have a discussion concerning a modification. otherwise, i agree, you'll need to seek out a lender to refinance.
