Midland Mortgage Co. has placed my mortgage into a trust. I have no options of modifying my mortgage. What can I do, does not seem fair. Help!

I'm not sure how a mortgage company can place your mortgage in a trust. I'm aware of properties being placed in trusts, but never heard of a loan being placed in a trust. Do you mean to say they placed your property in a trust? But how can they put your property in a trust without your consent? Can you explain the situation in detail?
