Help with mortgage situation

i am in a pickle..
my girlfriend and i bought a house together a year ago. we got engaged and recently she has decided im not the one for her and wants to break up. so we are dividing up the furniture and i am going to keep the house. the problem is both of our names are on the loan and my name is the primary. i have been told that i need to refinance the house which makes sense. my problem is that she is being kinda of stingy on this as she wants money. now it is a 30 year loan on a 130k house. so you can imagine that we really havent got to much invested in it yet. i told her i could probably give her around $500 at the most.. but she thinks she is entitled to more than that. how do i figure this out?
Get an attorney right away... Because if you ask me she owes you... of course that is personal not legal advice...

i did not quite understand, do you mean you have to give her $500 per month? why? Does she work? Since her name is on the title now, if you have no money to pay the mortgage, you go foreclosure and will negatively affect her credit as well. Why is she still greedy and still asked that much from you ? I cannot understand.
