My brother and myself have worked and spent money on a house my sister owns. She owes me 10.000 and my brother the same for wages. How do we make her pay.

There is no way to make her pay, if you have spent money without any contract. Consult with her & take advice from your attorney.

What type of contract did you have with your Sister? Verbal or written?

As Raymond says, if its verbal then there is no chance to recover your money & if its written you may recover your money by help of your attorney.
