How do I find out if I can pre-qualify for a loan on a mobile home?...I had very good credit until I refinanced my home several years ago. I did not understand that the rate would re-adjust and my payment would double. Because of the current market I was unable to sell so I filed for bankruptcy. It has been discharged and I am now in foreclosure and need another place to live. I have had the same job for 23 years and have lived in the same house for 16. My credit score is about 610.
You most likely don't qualify with BK and Foreclosure so recent but you may be able to get a cosigner or a high interest loan cut that may put you back in trouble
