Is it possible to get lein release if the mtg. company charged off the balance of the 2nd mortgage?
you'd need to speak with that lender...anything is possible.
why was the lein put in place to start with - has the situation now changed?
lien = mortgage, wretched; it's a second mortgage that's at question here.
