I have a home I've moved out of and rented 6 months ago. At that time I purchased another home to live in. My husband is losing his job and we can't afford both homes. What do I do with the rental home?
Your best bet would be to contact the servicer of the mortgage on the rental home. Explain to them that your husband is losing his job and see if they will agree to modify the loan so you can better afford the mortgage payments.
