Filed BK and never reaffirmed on the home in 10/2009. Maintained payment. My current lender is now offering to release the lien for a little below market price. Will I be able to get approved for an FHA loan to repurchase back my home?
Hi bakedcardinal,
3 years have passed since you filed and received a discharge from your bankruptcy. If your credit scores and financial situation have improved, then there are chances that you will qualify for a loan. You should speak to the local lenders and check out whether or not you will qualify for a loan.
Thanks

Welcome bakedcardinal,
I agree with what James Hogg has said. If your financial situation and credit scores have improved, then you can get qualified for a mortgage.
