Can a divorce decree reverse a title thats currently under 1 sibling and spouse but actually for 4 siblings in Hawaii? 13 acres were in trust for the 4 sibling but 1 of the sibling w/ spouse is claiming total ownership?

I don't think a divorce decree can be reversed. Does the sibling who is claiming the ownership has relevant documents to prove that? If there are no documents to prove that, then you can sue that sibling in the court.
