I signed a contract in Eustis FL. to purchase a double wide. I cannot get the finances for this, can the seller file a judgement against me? and freeze my bank account? What are my options?
if you are being denied a loan by a lender, you ought to be able to document that to the seller and get your funds back. this assumes, of course, that you made a good faith effort to secure a loan.
