After the Lender sells my home at the courthouse on August 19, 2010...how much time will I have to move out of my house? Thank you.

Once the house is sold off at the courthouse, your lender will send you an Eviction Notice. The time period within which you need to leave the property will be mentioned in that notice period. You'll have to leave the property within that given time period.
