My husband is going to "walk away" from our house since no bank will work with us. I was not on any loan documents but am on the deed. Can I do a quite claim to remove my name?

contact to lender of this property & ask him to remove your name from property deed by signing quit claim deed.
if you wish to keep house to you then you will consult with him & will be responsible to make further mortgage payments to lender if you qualify to get refinance mortgage.
