can my mother add her two children on her deed with her as co owners?

Do we need a lawyer to do this? We live in NY. Thank you.
sue, this depends, partly, on the ages of the children. it's probably a wonderful idea to work with an attorney to accomplish what you want.

Yes, you have attorney to do this & its always better to do with attorney.
