My husband and I put everything in a trust fund, including our home. We are the trustees of the trust and can sell anything out of the trust and also put anything into the trust. As we have gotten older we have decided to take our home out of the trust so that if one of us dies the other will become the sole owner of the home. Is this legal to do in the state of Texas with a quitclaim deed.
