sence then my stepson has past away.myself and his mother has divorced.dose the quickclam go to me or dose his mom owen it. he signed it when he was seventeen.are me and his mom the owner. or did it go to me.

You need to check out the quitclaim deed in order to find out who owns the property. If your name is solely mentioned on the property deed, then you will be considered as the owner of the property.
