I have lived in a mobile home that my uncle left to my grandparents. Now both of my grandparents are dead as well and I found out there is no title to the trailer I have been living in for the past seven years. My grandparents never lived in it. I'm the only one since my uncle pasted. There are no wills and none of my family members want to take my trailer from me thank goodness.. How can I get the title in my name.
