we have an estate that is open with only property in it. One of
the beneficiaries quit claimed the house to him and his wife
(he is only the beneficiary for 1/2 the property). He is not
the personal representative of the estate. He did this without
the other beneficiaries knowledge or the personal representatives knowledge. The deed has been filed in wayne
county already.

The other beneficiaries and personal representative should have been informed about this. It will be better if you all could contact a real estate attorney in this regard and take his opinion.
