If I gift or quit claim my property in AZ does my son assume the same property taxes that I was paying?
There should be a way to transfer from parent to child without any changes - Each state has their own laws and forms - I would contact a local title company and ask for their assistance - they can help you - also check with a local Tax authority on the continued tax rate after the transfer this is detailed info that is regional -
