I want to sell my interest in a piece of property. Do I have to contact all other parties that have interest as well before selling my interest to an outside party.Also, can a quitclaim be used in the state of Louisiana.
I would look at your original agreement to see what it says with regards to the other investors - common courtesy would suggest that you should notify them of your intentions but circumstances may be that you choose not to if thats the case look at your contract/agreement to make sure you are not out of line with it
