Hi, I would like to transfer my home title deed to my younger brother which I am also currently sharing with my other brother. What are the steps? I live in Louisiana

The easiest way is through a Quit Claim deed however you should check local regulations and rules with regards to trasnfers between family members - there is usually a way to do it where the tax implication is less - also just my 2 cents if you owe on the home transferring title will not eliminate your responsibility for the debt.
