A Flat made by builders has get alloted on name of person in their housing project in india ,and that allotee has died now all his successors who have a right on the property as they are son and daughter of property owner.now all his sucessors want that property is to get transfer on name of his grand children and they dont have any right and claim on property of his father
I would suggest contacting a local real estate attorney - they can walk you through the probate process and help steer you towards being able to transfer the home title into the name of the heirs - Once someone has died the courts usually are involved with any transfers
