My husband recently passed away. agreed to transfer deed in his sons name, who is living in the house. Can he still pay the same Mortgage Loan? Or does he have to refinance it?
Either - a note cannot be called due on death - it can be for non payment - as long as the payments are made they will be fine with him continuing to pay on the note.

Good Luck
