My mothers name, my name, and my daughters name are all on the deed. I do have lifetime rights, but my mother is being extemely harassing to both me and my daughter. So much so that I'm going to take legal action unfortunately. I've been avoiding it for years hoping it would get better, but the abuse and stalking has only gotten worse. Is there any way to remove my mother from the deed if she makes no contribution?
There is not way to remove someone from title unless they agree or you have a court judgment.
