quit claim deed applies to the land used for a manufactured home site.

Quitclaim deeds are filed at the office of the County Recorder or the Registrar of Deeds as it is commonly known in your state. It doesn't matter whether it is related to manufactured home or any other type of residence.

Megrazis, if you hold title to real property be it the land used for a manufactured home then you can use a quit claim deed to transfer the ownership to someone else.
