if i should want to add my 2 children to my home what is the legal way sonme lawyers call it fraud if your trying to save homeplace dont understand this if it your home and paid for why could not my kids name be addded to the title ?
don't think about that all, just sing a quit claim deed to add your daughters name on deed. but take help of your attorney.
