In order to add your name to the property deed, you will have to ask the owner of the property to sign a quit claim deed. You can get the deed drafted from an attorney. The fees will vary from one attorney to another.

You may add or remove some one from deed by signing a quit claim deed. Get attorney involved while you signing a quit claim deed.
