how can I add my daughters name as owner of our house along with my husband and myself?

Your husband and you have to sign a quitclaim deed and add your daughter to the deed. You can contact an attorney and he will help you in this regard.

I agree with what Adonis has said. However, if the property is free and clear, then you can even use a warranty deed to add your daughter to the property deed.
