Our condominium surveyed one of our property lines and discovered that part of our sidewalk is infringing on adjacent property. We have maintained the sidewalk and adjoining grassy area. The owners property has an easement to the county. Can we put up a fence on the easement area? We have maintained the area for 15 years. Tom
