My grandfather passed away going on 3 years ago, leaving behind 4 acres; a wife; and 5 children. Since his passing, only one of the kids has been concerned with keeping land and paying the property taxes. My aunt would like to know what she needs to do to have property transfered into her name, since my grandfather's name is the only name on the property?
