how do i put my boyfriends name on deed .

you cna do a quit claim deed and add your boy friends name to the deed
make sure you notirize and record it in the county ot it may not be valid

you can use quit claim deed to add his name on title. you need to sign as a grantor, mention your & his name as grantee. get it notarized in local clerk's office to make it valid
