My daughter & i bought a house together a year ago. We want to get her name off the mortgage & title & get it into my name only. How difficult is this to do & what needs to be done

your daughter will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. then you need to refinance the existing mortgage in your name in order to get the mortgage transferred in your name.
