hello, my question is if only me and my husband are in the property deed. my daughter is requesting for us to add her to the deed. I dont want to do it but my husband is thinking about it. can my husband add my daughter to the property deed without my signature?

No, He can't add your daughter to property deed without your signature or permission. You both owner of property so you both have equal rights on property. If they doing without your permission you can stop them legally with help of your attorney.
