I bought the house 3 years ago and my husband's name is on it too. I want his name off the deed. He is moving out soon and I want his name off of it. How do I do it?? :evil:

You will have to ask your husband to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. This will make you the sole owner of the property.
