My son and his Wife are getting a divorce. She gave him a Quitclaim saying her name was on the land we my wife and I gave the land to our son . Not our son and her. Her name is not on the land papers. Can she get rights to the land.

You should check out with your son whether or not he had added his wife to the deed. If yes, then her name is on the deed and she can claim the rights to that land.
