I had a divorce decree and the court ordered that I am solely entitled to the house. How do I remove my exwife name from the deed without involving her quit claim.

is she on the mortgage too? was she a co-applicant, or just on deed. if she was a co-mortgagor; you would need to do a refinance to take her off loan completely. hope this helps. i'm available if you have any other questions.
