Hello there... I gave away my home to my son in a hurry. After that my husband died. I now realize that I made a mistake by giving away the property to my son. How will I be able to get back the property?

I agree with what Jerry has said. You will have to convince your son to sign the deed and transfer the property to you. Unless he does so, you will not be able to get back the property in your name.
